In this two day hands-on workshop, students will make hand-tied wedding bouquets using early summer's most spectacular flowers—peonies.

Students will be given a brief overview of the elements and principles of design, then learn three techniques for making beautiful, hand-tied bouquets. We'll review how to spiral stems for a classic look, how to weave and cross stems for a loose, organic style, and how to use a framework to support a wild, voluminous look. Students will then have the opportunity to practice their skills and explore their own style, learn how to add texture and depth to create a modern feel, and design and photograph three bouquets of their own.

5 students max per class. This is class is meant for beginners, but students at all levels are welcome. All materials will be provided, as well as light snacks and beverages. There will be a one hour break each day for lunch.

All classes are held in our Crown Heights studio, located at 893 Bergen Street, Unit #9. The available dates are:

June 24 & 25 | 11am-5pm (sold out!)

Payment plans are available. Please email for details.
